If you are in the early stages of planning:

  • Site Visit (if required) 

  • Evaluate site-specific details

  • Coordination with our preferred designer/engineer 

  • Quote Preparation – Detailed pricing and scope of works

If you already have planing documents organised:

  • Discovery Meeting – Share your ideas, budget, and vision

  • Preliminary Scope – Define what’s possible within your goals

  • Estimate Issued – Budget range based on similar builds

  • Designer Referral (optional) – Connect with local professionals

  • Next Steps – We support you toward final design and quoting

    Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) compliance, energy efficiency ratings, and permit management.

  • Final Stages
    Comprehensive final inspections and client walkthrough.
